We have a huge variety of Drinks on the trailer from Tea & Coffee to Spirits, Wine, Prosecco on tap and draught lager. We can also provide Cocktails too. 

Absolutely you can, Please see our home page for the packages available but we can create a Hybrid of these to suit the day for you.  

Yes, Our Standard staff will be a minimum of 2 Bar tenders but this depends on the amount of people at your event. All of our staff come highly trained and have worked alongside us for many years. They will also be wearing the Bar and Away uniform to suit the style of your event. 

Yes, In order to secure your date we require a £300 deposit for all of our packages. There may also be a minimum spend limit but it all depends on the event type you choose. This can be discussed prior to the event or booking. 

Yes of course you can, Prior to booking or prior to your event we will meet you either in person or on Teams or Zoom to discuss your day an ensure it goes as smoothly as possible . 

If your event requires a licence we will apply for this on your behalf, This fee is included in your package so comes at no extra cost. 

Our Terms and Conditions state that no other Alcoholic drinks are to be supplied on the premises unless previously agreed with Bar and Away Ltd, Although if you have a preference for a specific drink let us know and well be sure to stock it for your event. 

We recommend you book as early as possible, We will only book out the date you require once the deposit has been received. We have plenty of availability for 2023 and 2024 at present. We are currently taking bookings as far ahead as 2025 to give you an idea of our schedule, although we do sometimes get cancellations. 

An electricity supply is preferred but we can power from our generator, We would need to know this at the time of booking. 

 Yes we accept card and Cash payments, there is no extra charge for Card payments.
